1. Fill out our booking form/ enquiry form on the "Choose Your Party" page and purchase the $150 deposit online.

2. Wait for confirmation email from us- hopefully within 24 hrs

3. Date will only be confirmed once deposit of $150 taken

4. Balance to be paid 2 weeks in advance

5. The deposit is non-refundable.

Parties are for 2 hours in total. 

This includes 30 minutes for a cake/food break. Children will need this time to have a break from their art and share in their friends' work too

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party time

It's a great idea to ask parents to come 15 minutes before the end, as they will likely enjoy checking out their child's work and the studio.  However, so we can get ready for the next event, leaving the studio any later than 15 minutes after the party finish time will incur a $50 late fee

Cancellations or changes to the booking can be made up until the balance is paid 2 weeks prior to event.

The deposit is non-refundable. In case of sickness or emergency, we will of course try to accommodate you with another date.

 No-one wants the Birthday Artist to miss out on their special event.

We have several parking spots available, however adults carers may need to park on the street. 

Children under 16 year of age must be accompanied through the carpark

The supervision of arrival/departures by your guests will fall under your responsibility

They will have an awesome Art Club craft box and great art to take home with them!

Unfortunately we aren't open for drop ins outside of lesson, workshops or party times.

We sometimes use photographs of our events to share and promote our work.

Please let us know if you DO NOT give permission for us to use photography- consent is otherwise assumed.

 
That being said, we aim for photos that don't include children/ teens' faces...we're more about the ART! 

The Art Club Studios is a really special place and we want everyone to get the most out of the event, stay safe and create some gorgeous works.

By booking and inviting children and teens to the studio, you agree to model and help facilitate a respectful, calm and encouraging atmosphere amongst your partygoers.

Don't worry- we will  also have a lot of fun!
